I realize I have been neglecting this little blog, and I promise to try to get some new patterns together to share. I am a freelance graphic designer, and I have been busy with work coming in (I can't complain) and a few new custom orders at the shop. When it rains, it pours. I wish I could knit and crochet all day, but unfortunately beyond work, I am a wife and mother which means, maid, chauffeur, cook and teacher as well!
I did just finish up a new daisy blanket for a very nice customer over in Illinois. She requested a white border, and I think it turned out quite nice. This is the same pattern I wrote about here.
Next up, an all white rose blanket...
The Daisy blanket is very lovely Hugs Judy

DeleteUgh.... Don't get me started on neglected blogs...LOL. Your daisy blanket is lovely, do you have a tutorial on this one? Would love to try it. Thanks and God Bless.
ReplyDeleteHi Norma, Unfortunately, I don't have a tutorial for this pattern. It's from a book called Beyond the Square: Crochet Motifs by Edie Eckman. It's an excellent book. I got mine used from Amazon, and it's worth every penny (even if just to page through and drool over all of the beautiful color combinations!)
DeleteThis blanket is so pretty. You are very gifted. How much do you charge for a blanket?
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, Thanks for stopping by and your nice comment. I charge $50.00 for a toddler sized blanket in this pattern. Hope you stop back again. Have a great week!
DeleteWhat brand of yarn did you use for this blanket.
ReplyDeleteHi Elle, all the yarns in this blanket are Caron One Pound (in white, soft pink and jonquil).
DeleteVery pretty. I love these colours.
