My mother-in-law celebrated her 75th birthday in April. One of her favorite flowers is a daisy, so this is my (late) gift I'm working on for her. (I look at it as an extra surprise since she won't be getting it on her exact birthday - I hope she feels the same way!) Maybe I'll pair it with a fresh bouquet?!
What a thoughtful gift, even if it is a little late! I need to learn to crochet flowers in a square. Maybe next week on vacation I'll be able to try it!
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty! I would love it if you join my Link Party tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteWhat colors and yarn is used for Donna's Daisy Blanket?
ReplyDeleteHi there! Just returned from a trip to Ky., had my aunt there show me how to get started, we made a couple of squares, but now on my own, I realize I never 'started' one. Ummmm Help? Do you happen to have a simple video of how to get started? Thanks, Keressa
ReplyDeleteHi Keressa, I don't have a video, but I do have some photos under "free patterns" above or you can use this link: http://tillietulip.blogspot.com/2012/06/to-beg-chain-ch-5-and-join-to-form.html
DeleteI hope that helps!
how much yarn did you use in each color for the finished blanket?
ReplyDeleteExcuse me what kind of your yarns you used in this blanket
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon, would it be great if you could post a written pattern of the whole square. I would love to make this for my future grandchild Thank you so much
